We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase.
We provide a 3 calendar day “Inspection Period” on all jewelry.
Day 1 of the “Inspection Period” begins the day the jewelry is delivered to your address by FedEx.
In order to initiate a return, please notify us, no later than the end of the 3rd calendar day.

To return: The jewelry must be delivered to a primary FedEx location, during business hours, on or before the next business day.
The purchaser is solely responsible for the jewelry and GIA Report (if applicable), until they are returned to our company, via FedEx.
Jewelry must be in its original packaging. The packaging and GIA Report must be undamaged, like new and not bent or crumpled. Take special care to securely seal the shipping box at both ends and include all seams.
Deliver the package to a primary FedEx location.
Do not leave the package in a FedEx drop box or any FedEx partner, such as an affiliated mail or copy store.
When dropping off the package, do not disclose or drop any hints regarding the contents of the package, to any FedEx employee (per FedEx). Casually request a printed receipt from the FedEx employee, which confirms the employee scanned the package.
Notify us via email that the sealed package was delivered to a primary FedEx location and you successfully secured a printed receipt. Keep the receipt in your possession until the package has been returned to us.
Once we receive the shipment from FedEx, our jeweler will need up to 3 business days to inspect the jewelry, packaging and GIA Report.
So long as the jewelry, original packaging and GIA Report (if applicable) are found to be undamaged, and in new, unworn condition, we will initiate a refund, excluding all shipping charges, no later than the end of the 3rd business day.
