An exquisite, Natural Orange Sapphire, approximately .75ct (4.5mm), is beautifully set in 14k Rose Gold, and has been tested. Tiny hearts and orange blossoms, were beautifully integrated in the design. Detailed filigree, continues down the sides of the shoulder’s.
