The color of this gemstone was deemed “Yellow” by GIA Laboratory. Please see GIA photo (link). This gorgeous “Golden Beryl” is absolutely exquisite, with cheerful hues of green, yellow and gold. If I were to describe this gemstone, I would describe it as greenish-yellow. The green’s in this gemstone are cheerful and happy greens, like the lightest colors in a lime and lemon. The colors conjure images of a flower garden in the spring. CHEERFUL! This gemstone is absolutely beautiful!

Golden Beryl is a variety of Beryl. The most well known variety of Beryl is Emerald. Other varieties of the Beryl Family include Morganite which is pink, Aquamarine which is greenish-blue to blue and Goshenite which is pure, nearly colorless or colorless.
Though this gemstone is not one of the most valuable or rare, it is exceptional. This cushion cut beauty would be a stunning as a solitaire or surrounded by a halo of smaller Goshenite’s, set in Yellow Gold.
