Another variety of rare garnet is the Demantoid Garnet, also rare and very similar in color. We have a spectacular, clean 1.14ct pear shaped Tsavorite Garnet. The gem is clean and the color is is spectacular, not too light or dark. This exceptional pear shaped Tsavorite Garnet is the perfect gemstone for a ring or pendant. Depending on the wearers taste, Platinum would provide a crisp setting and help to ensure the stone is not lost should a prong become worn and break off. Yellow Gold would add a gentle touch of warmth and nature to the gem, so long as the wearer has the prongs checked commensurate with wear. It would be wise to consider placing natural diamonds around this garnet, to protect it from being chipped. Diamond is not only a wonderful accent gemstone, but the hardest of all gemstones, a 10 on the Mohs Scale.1.72 CT Rare Natural Unheated Earth Mined Color Change Green Blue to Purplish Pink Sapphire GIA Report GIA Inscription

GREAT GATSBY!
Luxurious and lavish accurately describe the presence and show of this stunning gemstone. Tourmaline is a pleochroic gemstone, revealing different hues in changing light. Spectacular hints of apple green, light up this rich and voluptuous gemstone, continually changing depending on the light source and movement. A very serious gemstone with delightful hints of cheer and happiness. What a personality. This gem is a show stopper! This beautiful Tourmaline could be set in a custom designed ring or pendant. The choice of metal will greatly affect ambiance of the gemstone. Platinum or White Gold will encourage a crisp and icy presentation, whereas Yellow Gold will encourage a warm and earthy presentation. The color of the metal used will have an impact on presentation and should be chosen with the intended use and personality of the wearer. Even the most beautiful gemstones are many times accented by a surround of natural, earth mined diamonds. With this gemstone, we suggest you consider several options. If the gemstone will be worn as a ring on special occasions and the wearer would like the Tourmaline to be the sole focus, no accent diamonds are needed to protect the gemstone. If the wearer plans to wear a ring often, we suggest the design include natural earth mined diamonds surrounding and protecting the gemstone (possibly a mix of baguette cut and rounds). Diamonds are a 10 on the Mohs Scale (hardness), while Tourmaline is a 7.0 - 7.5 on the Mohs Scale. Please contact us if you're interested in this amazing and abundant gift from Mother Nature. We would be happy to work on a design for the gemstone with your direction, setting it into a custom designed pendant or ring for your pleasure.2.24ct Rare Unheated “Violetish Blue” Ceylon Sapphire Heart Shape
